Dr. Careen Caputo is an optometrist with a unique blend of clinical expertise and public health insight. After earning her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1992, she began her career at the Fort Ord Army base, where she completed her ocular disease rotation. Today, she maintains a personal connection to the community where her career began.
Known for her compassionate care and attention to detail, Dr. Caputo has worked in both large ophthalmology practices and her own private clinic. Her work is guided by a belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality eye care, regardless of background or financial status.
